My client, a Big 4 based in London, is looking to recruit a M&A/Deal/Transaction Tax Senior Manager and Manager; the focus of the role is to provide tax advisory in all of the core areas of the deal cycle, including tax structuring, sell and buy side tax due diligence, fund flows, SPA reviews and refinancing for a number of clients in different industries mainly in the large corporate and private equity sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

To provide tax advisory services to a variety of clients and overseeing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice involving tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work.

Co-ordinate with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to oversee their input into transactions and other tax advisory projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understanding the client's business in order to identify areas for the provision of tax and other services.

Be responsible for the review and delivery for the final advice to clients.

Respond quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided, and maintaining regular contact with clients.
