My client a Big 4 is looking to recruit a Director, Senior Manager and Manager to join their Real Estate Tax Advisory team in London and other UK locations. You will be working with some of the largest corporations in the world advising them on their international tax planning and M&A deals with a focus of clients in the Real Estate sector. The role is purely advisory in nature and it includes expansion into new markets, pre-transaction reorganisations and post-transaction integration, legal structure rationalisation, operating model redesign, optimisation of capital structure and financing amongst others. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide world class levels of client service.
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial/deal focused approach.
- Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for the company and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm.
- Build networks and relationships internally and externally for the team to leverage from.
- Develop junior staff through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring
