My client a Big 4 practice is looking to recruit a Director, Senior Manager and Manager to join their Corporate International Tax team in Manchester and Leeds. The focus of the role is provide tax advisory services (including expansion into new markets, cross border M&A, pre transaction reorganisation and post-transaction integration, legal structure rationalisation, operating model redesign, optimisation of capital structure, BEPS, etc) to large corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors (excluding FS). Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide world class levels of client service.
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial/deal focused approach.
- Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for the company and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm.
- Build networks and relationships internally and externally for the team to leverage from.
- Develop junior staff through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring
