My client a Big 4 based in London is looking to recruit a Director, Senior Manager and Manager to join their Corporate International Tax team. The focus of the role is provide tax advisory services (including expansion into new markets, cross border M&A, pre transaction reorganisation and post-transaction integration, legal structure rationalisation, operating model redesign, optimisation of capital structure, BEPS, etc) to large corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors (excluding FS). Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide world class levels of client service.
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial/deal focused approach.
- Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for the company and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm.
- Build networks and relationships internally and externally for the team to leverage from.
- Develop junior staff through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring
